PraetorLink Command Terms of Service
PraetorLink Command (the "App") is an internal desktop tool of PraetorLink LLC ("PraetorLink," "we" or "us"). It schedules and publishes PraetorLink LLC's own videos to accounts PraetorLink LLC owns, using each platform's official API. By using or authorizing the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use
The App is used only by PraetorLink LLC and people it authorizes to manage its own accounts. It is not sold, distributed or offered to the public. No license to the App is granted to anyone else, and any unauthorized access or use is prohibited.
Platform rules
All content published through the App must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Developer Terms, and the rules of every other platform it posts to. AI-generated content is labeled as such.
Content
PraetorLink LLC is responsible for every video and caption it publishes through the App. The App does not like, follow, comment, message or repost.
Third-party platforms
TikTok, YouTube, X and other platforms are independent third parties. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance or any other platform. Each platform may change or end API access at any time, and we are not responsible for their services.
Intellectual property
The App, its code and the PraetorLink name and crest are owned by PraetorLink LLC. Videos published through the App are created and owned by PraetorLink LLC or used under license.
No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PraetorLink LLC may change or stop the App at any time.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRAETORLINK LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP, AND ITS TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
